There is diffused intense increased radiopharmaceutical uptake involving the caudal aspect of the glenoid and humeral head (arrowheads). Radiology showed fragmentation of the caudal margin of the glenoid and severe periarticular remodelling consistent with osteoarthritis likely secondary to mild joint dysplasia.
